Take your postpartum care into your own hands with guidance from health coaching and nutritional support, in collaboration with your healthcare team. In this package, the coach serves as a postpartum doula, providing 2 home visits twice per week for 8 weeks, followed by six biweekly virtual or in-office sessions. During home visits, nourishing, slow-cooked, ancestral meals and herbal teas will be prepared to support womb care, milk production, and emotional well-being while offering respite care and assessing needs. Biweekly visits will prioritize a health coaching structure to support the mother in developing the lifestyle she envisions for motherhood while monitoring for signs of postpartum depression.
1 Prenatal Health Coaching and Nutritional Support Initial Consultation
16 Home visits: 2 hours per visit
6 follow-up sessions: 1 hour
Total: 39 hours
